atempo does not share your personal data with others so that they can send you advertising. Only atempo may send you its own advertising.

3. Data subject rights

7. Information about analytics tools

7.1 Matomo Analytics

On this website, data is collected and stored using the web analytics software Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, (“Matomo”) on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user* behavior for optimization and marketing purposes pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Pseudonymized usage profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the Internet browser of the site visitor. Among other things, the cookies enable the recognition of the Internet browser. The data collected using Matomo technology (including your pseudonymized IP address) is processed on our servers.
The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website and will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
If you do not agree to the storage and analysis of this data from your visit, you can object to its storage and use at any time by clicking on it below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, which means that Matomo does not collect any session data. Please note that the complete deletion of your cookies will result in the opt-out cookie also being deleted and you may have to reactivate it.

7.2 Google AdWords

atempo uses the conversion tracking of Google AdWords. This means: atempo can track what happens after you have clicked on an ad of atempo. For example, whether you have signed up for the newsletter.
It works like this: Google AdWords is an online advertising program of the company Google Inc. On Google, companies can publish ads. When you click on such an ad, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your device. The cookies are valid for 30 days and do not contain any personal data, so atempo cannot track which users they belong to.
If you visit certain websites within the 30 days, Google recognizes that you have clicked on the advertisement and that you have been redirected to atempo’s website.
atempo receives an individual cookie from Google AdWords for conversion tracking. With the information from this cookie, Google AdWords creates statistics. Thus, atempo can see how many users* clicked on the ad and were redirected to the website. But atempo does not get any information with which atempo can find out who these users are.

If you do not want cookies to be stored on your device, you can turn this off. To do this, go to the advertising settings on Google.
