Walburga Fröhlich is managing director of atempo GmbH as well as CEO of CFS GmbH.

Experience and competencies
Education in social work and social management, MA degree from FH Joanneum in Graz; training in integrative supervision and organizational consulting at the Fritz Perls Institute Düsseldorf; professional experience as social worker, supervisor, consultant and speaker, Ashoka Fellow since 2015, graduate of the Ashoka Visionary Program 2016 for innovative leadership and impact orientation.

Leadership experience
Experience in setting up and leading consulting organizations and designing and leading transnational research and development projects. Co-founder of atempo and central representative of the atempo group together with Klaus Candussi.

Special knowledge/experience
Work with people with learning difficulties and disabilities of all ages, scientific accompanying research; supervision and organizational consulting, accessible communication, many years of experience in stakeholder management.
